How I Help Parents of Adult Addicted Children
My Clients' Experiences
Mary Ann’s knowledge, coaching methods and personal experience gave me hope again. Session by session, I came to understand and accept my daughter’s disease, and learned to replace old copying skills with techniques and tactics that eased the madness. ~ Marcelle
I was a mess when my adult child was in the throes of addictions. Mary Ann’s coaching expertise helped me understand addiction and realize my role was not to rescue , but rather to support sobriety and, most importantly, to be kind to myself. I am wholeheartedly grateful to her.

My Story
Parent Coaching
As a certified professional coach, I partner with my clients as someone who has walked in their shoes. I encourage parents to find ways to let go, to support sobriety—not addiction, to stop the chaos in their lives and make choices uniquely right for them. Coaching is a goal-oriented, solution-focused approach for positive change.
I am the grateful mother of a sober son, taking it one day at a time. We speak together, including at organizations such as Hazelden Betty Ford, in the hope that others might draw strength from knowing they are not alone and benefit from the history of our personal struggle with addiction.
